This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Service refers to the Application (NembangKuy!).
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

  • Audio and Voice Information: We access Your Device's microphone to enable the "Smart Navigator" and voice-based learning features.
  • Speech-to-Text Data: Voice inputs are processed to provide navigation intents and feedback on song performance.

Mobile Device Permissions

To provide the full functionality of our Application, we request the following permissions on Your mobile device:

  • Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Required to capture your voice for AI navigation, song evaluation, and educational feedback.
  • Internet Access (INTERNET): Required to sync game progress with Supabase, facilitate real-time Tandhing matches, and access Google Gemini AI services.
Microphone Usage (RECORD_AUDIO) Detail

The NembangKuy! application uses the microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO) specifically for the Smart Navigator and other interactive features that require voice recognition.

  • Purpose: This permission is used for two main features:
    1. Smart Navigator: Capturing voice commands for hands-free menu navigation.
    2. Interactive Quiz: Recording your oral answers to be submitted and corrected by the system or teachers.
  • Data Processing:
    1. For Smart Navigator, audio is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored.
    2. For Quizzes, your voice recordings will be uploaded to our servers so teachers can listen back and provide accurate assessments.
  • Storage: Quiz voice recordings are stored securely on our servers and can only be accessed by You and the relevant teacher for educational purposes. We will not share these recordings with third parties outside the application ecosystem without Your permission.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
  • To provide Tandhing (PvP) features: matching You with other players and maintaining game leaderboards.
  • To improve AI interactions: using anonymized voice/text data to refine our Smart Navigator system.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party Service Providers to facilitate our Service and analyze how our Service is used:

  • Supabase: Used for authentication, database management, and real-time multiplayer streaming.
  • Google Generative AI (Gemini): Used to power the Smart Navigator and AI-driven educational feedback.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Default Retention: Your data is retained while your account is active and for a maximum of 24 months after account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service gives You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service. You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage your personal information.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
